Lajevard Hall (2)
Examples of the glass works belonging to the 11th to 13th centuries Hegira are displayed
in Lajevard Hall 2. During the Safavid era, Shah Abbas invited a number of master glass
workers from Venice to revive glass blowing in Iran who proved successful to some extent.
A clay table enameled with seven-color glaze that belongs to the Qajar period and
portraits scenes of the Ferdowsis Shahnameh is also on display at this hall.
