Examples of glass works dating back to the 1st millennium B.C., the Achaemenids,
the Sassanid and early Islamic era are put on display at the hall that exhibits
the process of evolution and completion of glass work industry with different
types of decorative style. In the Sassanid era the technique for cutting glass
reached its climax to the extent that cut-glass pots belonging to that era were
exported to all over the world. During that period methods that were applied
in glass work industry included stamping, adding decorations and blowing into
patterned models.
